The Redbury South Beach’s casual, elegant Italian restaurant will be helmed by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tony Mantuano. Its menu features handmade pastas, pizzettas fresh from the in-house Italian wood-burning oven, entrees off the grill, house-made gelato, Italian espresso, and more, paired with fine Italian wines and champagne. Celebrity mixologist Michael Jack Pazdon from Napa Valley’s Goose & Gander will curate the cocktail list.
